HALINA JANKOWSKI

Halina M. Jankowski, CPA, MSA is a manager at KN+S working predominantly in the firm's audit department. She has over eleven years of experience in providing accounting, auditing and tax services to small businesses and non-profit organizations. She is currently focusing on audits of commercial businesses within the software and high technology industries. She specializes in accounting for complex revenue recognition and debt and equity transactions, especially stock based compensation. She also has broad experience with corporate, partnership, non-profit and personal taxation.

Halina graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA. Halina also obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. Halina is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA).
